Service Delivery Expectations:

1. Assists in programs/office job functions as assigned.
2. Assists in outreach activities to build census for PSR/Senior PSR/Day Treatment. Conduct home visits to promote program involvement.
3. When filling in for programs, provides PSR/Senior PSR/Day Treatment services in compliance with DMH/DOM requirements utilizing systematic, evidenced-based curriculum(s)/interventions.
4. Participates in the service delivery of PSR/Senior PSR/Day Treatment program as assigned.
5. Facilitates/monitors program activities to ensure fidelity to evidenced based program being utilized. Encourages member participation and tailors activities to accommodate different levels of learning.
6. Assists OM/MR Technician in completion of assigned duties.
7. When covering for OM/MR Technician, perform job duties to ensure front office/medical records continues to run efficiently.
8. When not assigned to a particular program/service, seeks out activities to assist co-workers/supervisor. Ensures all work time in productive and meaningful.
9. Maintains consumer confidentiality at all times.

Documentation and Quality Improvement:

10. Attends and participates appropriately in clinical staffing.
11. Documents relevant events daily in appropriate case note format and completes monthly summaries as specified in DMH/DOM guidelines.
12. Completes and submits service logs per agency policy.
13. Maintains case record documentation that is adequate, appropriate, complete, and timely.
14. Works with treatment team to collect necessary information for PA submission. Assists with PA process as assigned. Ensures PA is received prior to program enrollment.

Interpersonal and Leadership Skills:

15. Responds to consumers needs in an appropriate and timely manner.
16. Demonstrates appropriate interactions with coworkers that promote a pleasant work environment.

Support Duties:

17. Completes additional job duties assigned by supervisor.
18. Participates in interagency collaboration for the provision of services. Serves as liaison with local community agencies to develop resources for program activities.
19. Notifies County Administrator a minimum of two hours in advance of any program absence so that the supervisor can arrange program coverage if necessary.
20. Monitors and orders supplies and equipment in a cost-effective manner while ensuring that the needs of individuals within the program are met.
21. Monitors the physical environment of the facility ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the environment at all times.
22. Signs out vehicles in compliance with CCS policy. Completes inspections prior to driving. Maintains safe driving habits. Ensures cleanliness of vehicles.
Requires excellent managerial, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Requires satisfactory completion of CPR prior to reporting to the work site.
Requires satisfactory completion of CPI within 30 days of employment.
Requires ability to be covered under company insurance to drive a company vehicle for client transportation.
Requires valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance.
Requires ability to transport clients in private vehicle when necessary.
Requires completion of annual training in compliance with DMH standards.
Previous experience in a mental health setting strongly preferred.
Previous experience working with an SMI population in a treatment setting strongly preferred.
Bachelor degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
